People are what make a company. The right people are what make a company successful and our clients repeat customers. Alpine is investing heavily in growing its staff to meet the increasing demands of the offshore industry. In fact, in the last 12 months, we have increased our size by 40%! That number is also not including the 18 people employed through Marine Geophysical, our Italian subsidiary, and who crew our new research vessel, the R/V Minerva. And we are not done yet - our goal is to increase our staff by another 20% by Spring time.
Our new employees are filling a variety of positions, ranging from entry level field personnel who represent the future of the company, to seasoned professionals who provide important leadership and mentoring essential for Alpine’s growth. Alpine has always been a global company, and our staff reflect the international reality of the industry, with personnel drawn from around the country, and the world, and who bring their unique perspective and input into our operations.
Starting at the beginning of November, we will begin posting short biographies of our new team members under our “Meet our Staff” section of our website: http://www.alpineocean.com/about/meet-our-staff/. We hope you will stop by the site and get to know some of the great people working at Alpine and who will be supporting your projects!
If being part of a growing and dynamic company sounds attractive, and you are someone who is willing to put in the hard work needed to make our team successful, check out our current job openings at http://www.alpineocean.com/careersteam/
