Contracts Manager

Location: Norwood, NJ

  • Provide support in multiple complex contract activities in various stages
  • Draft, revise and review a variety of vessel and offshore survey services contracts with both Clients and Vendors
  • Assess and address legal risks and mitigating options with internal stakeholders
  • Provide contractual support in the procurement process
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms
  • Assist senior management in the contract negotiation process as appropriate
  • Develop contract administration policies including contracts approval and retention policies
  • Maintain contract database in accordance with contract requirements and company policy
  • Establish and revise templates as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts in the offshore survey industry with a particular focus on telecom, oil and gas and renewables sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive in identifying risks and solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills
